Pre-Cleaning Assessment

LUSTRE provides a complimentary in-person Pre-Cleaning Assessment to ensure that we address all of your specific cleaning needs.  We will customize a daily, weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly cleaning program to ensure that every detail is addressed according to your exacting specifications.

Bonded & Insured Cleaning Associates

Our trained and bonded Cleaning Associates arrive on time in the LUSTRE uniform. 

Post-Cleaning Assessment

After the first cleaning, our cleaning manager will visit your home/office to ensure that all of your cleaning specifications have been met.  If you are available we will complete an inspection with you.

LUSTRE’s 5-Star Cleaning Survey

After each visit LUSTRE will provide you with the 5-Star Cleaning Survey.  The short survey will ask you to rate our services in a few categories.  We will use your feedback to rate your cleaning associate’s performance and to provide ongoing training for all of our staff.  We will also leave you a small treat as a token of our appreciation.  To view a copy of LUSTRE’s 5-Star Survey click here.

Credit Card Payment

LUSTRE will provide an invoice/receipt for our services and offer payment via cheque or credit card.

Specialized Programs/Services

Lustre provides customized programs for commercial clients, real estate agents, contractors, concierge services, retailers, & individuals requiring specialized services.

All of our cleaning associates undergo a comprehensive training program to ensure consistently effective and efficient cleaning.   The LUSTRE cleaning associates receive very competitive wages, health benefits, performance bonuses, and ongoing training.
