How often do you visit?

Most of our clients prefer weekly or bi-weekly visits, however, LUSTRE will customize a program to suit your specific needs.

Do you provide “heavy-duty” cleanings?

Yes.  In addition to our weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services, LUSTRE also provides heavy-duty cleanings including post renovation and construction as well as movie set cleanings.

Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?

Most of our clients prefer to provide their own supplies, however, LUSTRE can provide supplies if you prefer.

Do your cleaning associates work in teams?

LUSTRE’s cleaning associates generally work individually at each location.  For larger, “heavy duty”, or commercial cleanings, a team of cleaning associates may be sent to your location.

Do you send the same person every visit?

LUSTRE makes every attempt to ensure that you have the same cleaning associate for each visit.  We will contact you directly if a different cleaning associate has to be sent to your home or office due to an unforeseen circumstance.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes.  We accept Visa & MasterCard, as well as cheques.  We will also provide invoices if requested.
